Orders and delivery (Upto 7 Working days for dispatch

• We use Royal Mail48 and evri tracked for all orders unless upgraded. 

• Orders shipped via Royal Mail and Evri

• Larger orders may be dispatched via DPD or Evri

• If you haven't received your order after 7-10 days working days since dispatch then please email themeltbox20@gmail.com with your name and date the order was placed and we are more than happy to help.

International orders.

International orders are shipped within 7 working days however as we are in the uk they usual arrive within 21 working days but can take anything upto 8 weeks in busier times. 

 

We offer a 30 day return and refund option but items must be returns in the condition you received them in and must not be opened or used. The postage cost to return the item must be covered by the consumer, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
